Refund & Return Policy – AYA

1. Right of Withdrawal and Refund

In accordance with European legislation and the Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. If you exercise this right within the applicable timeframe, you will be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Conditions

You have 24 hours after order confirmation to request a refund.
After this period, it is strictly impossible to issue a refund.

A refund request may be made once the product(s) have been received and returned to our warehouse.

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, with all labels, accessories, manuals, and any other items provided at delivery.

The return must be made within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Any product that does not meet these conditions will not be refunded.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund, please follow the procedure below:

Notify us of your decision to withdraw by contacting aya.storeuk@outlook.com, clearly stating your order details (order number, items concerned, etc.).

Prepare the parcel containing the items to be returned in their original condition.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure the safe receipt of your return.

4. Refund Timeframe

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Initial delivery charges (paid at the time of purchase) will be refunded only if the return is due to an error on our part (defective or non-compliant product).

5. Defective or Non-Compliant Products

If you receive a product that is defective or does not conform to your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by email at aya.storeuk@outlook.com or by telephone at +33 1 89 62 38 03.

In this case, we will provide you with a prepaid return label, allowing you to return the product at no cost. You may choose between an exchange or a full refund, including delivery and return costs.
