Shipping Policy – AYA
1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver to the following countries:
United Kingdom
2. Delivery Times and Shipping Information
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 72 hours by our teams (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected delivery method. Below is an estimated delivery timeframe for the main options:
Standard Delivery: 12 to 20 business days for UK
Express Processing: 7 to 14 business days for UK
Please note that these delivery times are indicative only and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (public holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, etc.).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and the selected delivery method. A summary of the rates is as follows:
Standard Delivery in mainland UK : 4,90£
Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link to follow your parcel in real time. You can also check the status of your order here:
5. Receipt of the Order
Upon receiving your parcel, we recommend that you check its condition before signing for delivery. If the parcel is damaged, please:
Refuse the delivery and clearly state the reason for refusal on the delivery note.

If you accept a damaged parcel without making any reservations, we cannot be held responsible for any resulting damage.
6. Delivery Delay or Lost Parcel
If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, we invite you to check the tracking information and contact us at aya.storeuk@outlook.com so that we can investigate.
In the event that the parcel is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will offer either a replacement shipment or a full refund, according to your preference.
7. Delivery to a Different Address
We offer the option to deliver your order to a different address from the billing address. You may specify the delivery address during the checkout process.
8. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails (due to an incorrect address, repeated absence during delivery attempts, etc.) and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment.
Reshipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the error is attributable to us.
9. Damaged or Non-Compliant Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or does not conform to your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
We will arrange a free return and offer either a replacement product or a refund, according to your preference.
10. Legal Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legal provisions, you have 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing a reason or incurring any penalty.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund may be granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned after the withdrawal period.
