In the event of a delay exceeding 30 days after order validation, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing justification.

Return costs under the right of withdrawal are borne by the customer. However, the company reserves the right, depending on the situation and as a commercial gesture, to cover all or part of these costs.

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
